Where do you ship?

All printable product, online course and design service are available to offer worldwide. Sock products are available to ship Canada and US only. Canadian and US socks orders will be charged a standard shipping rate of $18. 

Will I need to pay for customs and import taxes?
The buyer is responsible for paying any customs and import taxes, so please be prepared if your country has them.

Do you accept returns?
All socks have a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt and must be in brand new condition, unworn, and unwashed. All printable product and design service are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please fill out the Contact form to start your return request and a return address will be provided.

What about exchanges?
Unfortunately, socks exchanges are currently not available. Please check the color guides carefully before purchasing your items.

What if I want to cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, please fill out the Contact form within 24 hours of your purchase date. Once orders have been processed and shipped out, they cannot be cancelled.
